I am a PhD Student in Political Science at Carleton University, focusing in Canadian Politics and Public Policy. I hold MA degrees from Carleton University and Universität Luzern, along with an honours BSocSc from the University of Ottawa.
Blending Haraway's situated knowledges and Bacchi's what's the problem represented to be critical approaches, my dissertation research compares differing problematizations that shape the HIV/AIDS epidemics and policy responses across Canadian provinces.
Beyond academia, I hold extensive professional experience in both political and community arenas. Raised in rural Newfoundland and Labrador, I now reside in Ottawa.
